Troy’s decades of serving in, and leading, emergency services teams lead him to establish Fire & Evac Solutions. After responding to several incidents that were undoubtedly worsened due to the affected organisation failing to meet their fire safety and emergency obligations, he decided to take on that role.

Andrew has served as a career emergency responder for over 10 years and has developed a passion for training and system maintenance. Andrew’s experience of why systems need to work to the design code gives him a unique insight to ensuring buildings and staff are receiving the best quality service possible so this is achieved.
